The following terms and Conditions of sale apply from the 1 January 2014 and supersede all previous arrangements. Any transactions with iLearn Photography Courses are subject to these terms and conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms and conditions which iLearn Photography Courses trades under.

Course Fees

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site. All prices are inclusive of GST if applicable. The price of the item(s) does not include the delivery charge (for correspondence/DVD courses). Prices can change and our latest price is always displayed on our website iLearn Photography Courses. Third party websites may not always list our current prices.

Upon enrolling into a course you are accepting the following terms:

1. A legally binding agreement shall arise between you and iLearn Photography Courses which shall be governed by the laws of your country.

2. Upon submitting an enrolment application and payment of the full Course Fee or Payment Plan, you consent and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. No refund is available once access to materials has been provided via online access or once materials for correspondence study have been shipped.

The training provider cannot accept responsibility for changes in your personal circumstances. Please choose your course carefully as refunds will not be given unless in the unlikely event a course is cancelled by the provider institute.

No refund will be given if a student is expelled by the training provider for misconduct and/or bringing the course provider into disrepute.

3. Upon payment of your fees in full, we will:

• Supply to you all necessary materials for your nominated course(s).

• Assist with administrative queries

• Issue a certification or Statement of Attainment/s upon satisfactory completion.

iLearn Photography Courses will provide you with a tax invoice for your records.

Students should allow up to 1-4 business days to receive online access to course materials and up to 7-10 business days to receive materials via mail.

In the event that you do not complete the Course within the given timeframe, your Course will be immediately suspended and access to the course denied.

The duration of the Course is stated in the iLearn Photography Courses Course Description and/or advised at time of enrolment.

Refund Policy:

No refund is available once access to materials has been provided via online access or once materials for correspondence study have been shipped.

Payment Plan (Australian Accredited Courses Only):

If you purchase the course via a payment plan you agree to honour the payment plan and understand that:

• All instalments must be paid on or before the due date;

• You must ensure that sufficient funds are available in your nominated account to meet the instalment payments;

• iLearn Photography Courses reserves the right to suspend access to your online Course in the event that you fail to pay any part of the Course Fees as and when it falls due for payment;

• In the event that you request or fail to advise of your course cancellation, the balance of your course fees must be paid in full or continue to be paid under your payment plan schedule

• iLearn Photography Courses will not issue a Certificate or Statement of Attainment/s until course fees are paid in full.

Should you default on the repayment schedule:

• Your enrolment will be suspended and any outstanding account will become immediately due and payable; or

• As a cancelled student your outstanding account will become immediately due and payable

• The outstanding debt will be forwarded to a debt collection agency, and

• You may also be required to pay additional fees associated with the debt collection process.

Course Materials:

You acknowledge that:

• Course Materials are supplied in an online environment, unless otherwise stated in the iLearn Photography Courses Course Description, and once enrolment has ended, access is denied. Therefore it becomes the student's responsibility to save and/or copy content as required for reference purposes.

• The content of the online Course Materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of your course provider. You may not reproduce any part of the online Course Materials without the prior written consent of your course provider.
